Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Plans change, and we would rather have the car back on the list than hold you to it.

Either. You can pay online when you book, or reserve now and pay when you collect the car. Booking without paying still holds the car for you.

A full licence you have held for at least one year. Licences from the EU and EEA are fine as they are. If yours was issued outside the EU, bring an International Driving Permit alongside it, because we cannot hand over a car without one.

Twenty-one for most of the fleet, and 23 for the automatics and the larger cars. The minimum age is written on every car page.

Yes. They need to be with you at pickup with their own licence so we can add them to the agreement. Anyone not named on the agreement is not insured, which matters a great deal if something happens.

The cover on your rental includes third party liability, collision damage cover and theft cover. That cover has an excess, which is the most you would pay towards damage. You can reduce it to zero when you book.

Tyres, the underside of the car and the windscreen are outside the basic cover, and on Karpathos roads those are exactly the three things that happen. Full cover includes all three. Nothing is covered if the car leaves a public road, or if the driver was not named on the agreement.

Yes, an amount held on a credit card at pickup and released when you bring the car back. The amount depends on the car and is shown on every car page. With full cover we hold nothing.

Delivery and collection are free at the airport, at the port, at our office and at your hotel in Karpathos Town. Tell us your arrival details when you book and we will be there.

Nothing, as long as you tell us the flight or the boat when you book. We check the arrival and come when you actually land. There is no charge for a delay that is not your fault.

Full to full. You get the car with a full tank and bring it back full. The petrol stations are in and just outside Pigadia, so fill up before you head north, because there is nothing between Spoa and Olympos.
