Your name, contact details, date of birth, driving licence details, and the details of your booking. If you pay online, the payment is handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it
To rent you a car, which is a contract and requires us to identify the driver. Greek law also requires us to keep rental agreements and invoices for a set period.

How long we keep it
Rental agreements and invoices are kept for the period required by Greek tax law. Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are deleted within twelve months.

Who else sees it
Our booking system, our payment provider and our accountant. If there is an insurance claim, the insurer. Nobody else, and never for marketing.

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email us and we will answer within a month.
